Purity or Epapharus

25 Dec

‘…to Apphia our sister…’

A prisoner,

On the basis of love;

In chains for the gospel,
Not forced,

No longer a slave, better
To consider me a partner,

I own your very self.
And one thing more: Prepare

A guest room for me,
And my fellow prisoner – Aristarchus who

Implores I be what I am, and
Suddenly a man in shining clothes stands before me,

Providing imagination and the means to make that, theirs, and
I am no evangelist, but

The band of Brothers in love are feet in warm water, and

It’s the smallest book in the Bible, so
Settle the disputes.
