-“You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.”-
-“For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”-
I felt a tremor of excitement. So – I get to see Jesus, who comes in the name of the Lord.
If he were to March down Kenyatta Avenue, would I bath and rush it to meet him with oil in my lamp and spare in my rucksack?
When I profess to have faith; In Jesus, in Brahma-Baba, in Shiva, in God – and would prefer to do this undercover – is it really faith?
It’s become so difficult to be religious – to believe in God openly….
And the spaces in which I can are overrun by zealots!
Would I shower and rush out to meet Jesus crying “Holy! Holy! Holy! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”
Would I, really?
In-front of everybody?
